Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Flutternaut ("the Service"), including the desktop application, website (flutternaut.app), and related APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flutternaut is a desktop application for automated end-to-end testing of Flutter mobile applications. It provides a visual test editor, AI-powered test generation, and real-device test execution on Android and iOS platforms.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Flutternaut offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. The Free tier includes core features with limited AI usage. The Pro tier unlocks higher AI message limits. Plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

5. AI Features

The AI test generation feature uses third-party AI models to generate test steps based on your input and element keys. AI-generated output may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before execution. Flutternaut is not responsible for test results produced by AI-generated steps.

AI usage is metered per plan. Daily message limits reset at midnight UTC.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense your account or the software
• Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have authorization to test
• Abuse the AI feature by sending excessive, automated, or malicious requests
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

7. Your Data

Test files, configurations, and keys remain on your local machine. AI chat messages are sent to our server for processing and are not stored beyond the current session. We do not access, collect, or store your application source code.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flutternaut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flutternaut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, test failures, or device issues.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the desktop app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
